Heinz Classic Passata
Patatas Bravas
Serves 6
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 250g potatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil (spray)
1. Cube potatoes.
2. Add 1 tbsp smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and spray with olive oil.
3. Coat and airfry at 180°C for 20-25 mins until crispy.
4. Make aioli - mix Heinz mayo, lemon juice, zest, and grated garlic.
5. Prepare tomato sauce - heat Heinz passata, remaining smoked paprika, fresh garlic, salt, and pepper in a pan.
6. Layer for serving - potatoes, tomato sauce, then aioli on top.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and smoked paprika.
